  • 3–4 medium ripe tomatoes (or 2 cups cherry tomatoes), sliced or halved
  • 1 ball (8 oz) burrata cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, torn or chopped
  • 1–2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1–2 tablespoons balsamic glaze (store-bought or homemade)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • 1. Slice the Tomatoes:
    Cut the tomatoes into thick slices or halves and place them on a plate or platter.
