1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen – strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Optional Toppings:
2 tablespoons granola
1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
1 tablespoon chopped nuts
1 tablespoon shredded coconut
Instructions
1. Mix the Yogurt BaseIn a medium bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt and honey or syrup (if using) until smooth and creamy.
2. Spread on a Baking SheetLine a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the paper and spread it evenly into a rectangle about ½ inch thick.
3. Add the Berries and ToppingsSprinkle the berries over the yogurt. Add any extra toppings you like—granola, chocolate chips, coconut, or nuts. Gently press them into the yogurt so they stick once frozen.
4. FreezePlace the tray in the freezer and freeze for 3 to 4 hours or until completely solid.
