Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen – strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Optional Toppings:

  • 2 tablespoons granola
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon chopped nuts
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • 1. Mix the Yogurt Base
    In a medium bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt and honey or syrup (if using) until smooth and creamy.
  • 2. Spread on a Baking Sheet
    Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the paper and spread it evenly into a rectangle about ½ inch thick.
  • 3. Add the Berries and Toppings
    Sprinkle the berries over the yogurt. Add any extra toppings you like—granola, chocolate chips, coconut, or nuts. Gently press them into the yogurt so they stick once frozen.
  • 4. Freeze
    Place the tray in the freezer and freeze for 3 to 4 hours or until completely solid.
  • 5. Break into Pieces and Enjoy
    Once frozen, remove the yogurt bark from the tray. Break it into small pieces with your hands. Serve right away or store in a freezer-safe container.
