  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup key lime juice (or regular lime juice)
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip or homemade whipped cream)

Instructions
 

  • 1. Make the Crust
    In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar (if using). Press into the bottom of an 8x8-inch pan lined with parchment paper. Chill in the fridge while you make the filling.

    Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add condensed milk, lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla. Mix well. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is fluffy and combined.
  • 3. Assemble
    Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust. Smooth the top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or freeze for 1–2 hours until set.
