Ingredients

For the smoothie base:

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup coconut milk (or almond milk)
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt (optional)
  • 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)

For toppings:

  • Fresh fruit (banana slices, kiwi, berries)
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • ½ cup granola
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • 1–2 tablespoons nuts or seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • Blend the Smoothie Base:
In a high-speed blender, combine mango, pineapple, banana, coconut milk, yogurt (if using), and sweetener. Blend until smooth and thick.
  • Adjust Texture:
Add more milk a tablespoon at a time if needed. Keep it thick so toppings won’t sink.
  • Pour and Spread:
Pour the smoothie into bowls and use the back of a spoon to spread it evenly.
  • Add Toppings:
Top with fresh fruit, shredded coconut, granola, seeds, and any extras you like.
  • Serve Immediately:
Enjoy right away with a spoon for the best texture and flavor.
